I moseyed across this book awhile back. checked it out of the library but never got to it (seems like all my holds come in at once. is that part of Murphy's Law?)
so it popped up again the other day and I scooped it up.
those of you who know me. know this. I am a happy person. blessed. loved. I really do have a perfect life.
so why read a book like this? because. and I was reassured that it was the right book for me when the author herself acknowledged that she was a happy person. blessed. loved. but we fail to truly appreciate it. we take it for granted. we're not as happy as we could be. life won't change unless we make it change.
I've only read part of the first chapter. but already I am. feeling. happy. about my choice.
I'll keep you posted.
'now and then it’s good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy.'
